  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items that are damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale or clearance items
